Experience has shown us that we do our best work when we are brought into a project at the development phase. iWorks will consult with the general contractor, electrician and project manager to ensure that delivery and installation are efficient and on time. We prefer to perform a pre-site evaluation and a pre-site mobility study for large-scale projects. Our team works in conjunction with the multiple layers of any given hospitality project.
All Light fixtures are tested and labeled for UL Standards. International testing that may be required is available upon request.
We have an experienced, in-house engineering staff. We can confidently and competently advise you on the latest technologies in lamping, dimming, control systems, voltage issues, weight loads and the other technical aspects of a custom fabrication project.
We crate our fixtures with two things in mind, the safety of the fixture during transit and the ease of installation upon arrival. Each crate is custom built to house the fixture it holds. Our return rate, due to freight damage, is less than one tenth of one percent. Our fixtures are packed and crated within the constraints of the mobility study to insure ease of installation.
Detailed installation instructions are provided as needed with custom products.
UPON REQUEST, iWorks can provide onsite installation supervision, or a fully engaged installation team, depending upon the venue criteria. The cost for this support will be provided as a separate line item.
